Delivery and Return

1. Delivery Information

We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Other international locations: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance delays or courier issues.


2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be offered on certain promotions or for orders above a specified amount.

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, with all original tags attached.
  • The return must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at centerteam@disckbecky.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as Disck Becky is not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at centerteam@disckbecky.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at centerteam@disckbecky.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
